Brightwater Properties (formally Virgin Properties) came to life in late 2017 after a discussion and a glass of wine between my husband and I. We decided that there was a real niche in the market, for a smaller more hands-on brand, to operate successfully in.

We currently successfully manage more than 150 properties, making sure that the interests of our landlords are looked after and the tenants’ rights respected.
