Chantal is the best, fastest, most knowledgeable and most efficient letting agent I've ever had. She takes care of absolutely everything and nothing is too big for her to handle. She faces people issues head on and delicately navigates through landlord, tenant and HOA issues effortlessly. Her service is high touch and she is always available and responsive. She even does after sales visits as in visits the tenants once they've moved in. I mean, who does this? I will never use anyone else. I'm a customer for life.

Brightwater Properties has been taking care of my rental properties for about half a decade now and I have to say, I am beyond pleased with the level a service, commitment and care. This led me to entrust the sale of my main property to them and they did not disappoint. BWP did not only get my property sold during the pandemic but they got me the best possible price. Now, we've just completed the purchase of my new home with their help and advice... But wait, there's more. They stuck out with me throughout the renovations after purchase making sure I was nothing but happy. Thank you Brightwater Properties team for all these years of expectational service. I was looking for a tenant when I met Chantal. After dealing with a few local agents I was blown away with her no-nonsense approach. Within a few days we were sorted, and I had no qualms asking her to manage other properties. She’s my go-to person for property , and I look forward to a long relationship.

Brightwater Properties can be HIGHLY recommended by us as we live in KZN but have a few properties which are managed by them in CPT. Both Chantal and Fritz are not only very professional and keep on top of all the rentals that we have with them, but Chantal, is also so on the ball with regards to keeping us up to date with what is happening at the properties and finding quality new tenants should we need. She is always able to assist with any maintenance issues that we might have and has a great team of people that she can rely on to do the jobs well . Chantal checks on the properties as if they were her own. Brightwater Properties is amazing and we can certainly recommend Fritz and Chantal to have your interests at heart, not only for the Lessor but the Lessee as well. Amazing service thank you.
